The bold color palette on this pair of Jordan 1 Lows makes it a highly desirable sneaker. Two contrasting tones cover the majority of the design, while the third one – white – only appears on the midsole, which incorporates encapsulated Nike Air for a comfortable walking experience. Beneath this, the outsole is University Blue, its concentric circle grip patterns combining with chunky lugs and indented lines to offer the wearer solid traction.

Several sections of the durable leather upper feature this same stunning blue, including the toe box, which is marked with various ventilation holes. While these bring cooling air to the forefoot, the black mudguard surrounding it creates a powerful aesthetic that continues throughout the shoe. Black coats the leather sections just behind the forefoot, along the eyestay and through the midfoot. Meanwhile, the black laces criss-cross over the University Blue tongue, at the top of which there is a black Jumpman logo embroidered directly into its surface. This color scheme is inverted on the inside of the sneaker as the lining and insole are completely black, and the large Jumpman logo printed onto the latter comes in University Blue.

Additional pieces of premium blue leather envelop the heel, firstly in a strip of material that encircles the low-top collar, and then via the crescent-shaped heel counter. Sewn into its surface in black thread is a set of Air Jordan Wings, and just above it sits a small rectangle of blue leather. Emerging from each side of this is a University Blue swoosh. These reach along the sneaker’s flanks, where they stand out against the dark black surface behind, thus finishing off this dashing design with a dynamic flourish.
