Nike Air Force 1 LXX x Swarovski

This eccentric Nike Air Force 1 LXX x Swarovski design comes in a sleek black that covers the whole outer. It features a high-quality leather upper on top of a comfortably cushioned Air midsole attached to a typically robust outsole complete with distinctive concentric circle grip arrangements. Over the top of this classic construction is a series of TPU plates which have been molded into various shapes and patterns. There is one across the eyestay and laces that is full of swirling wavy lines, while underneath this, a larger shell incorporating many oval shapes melts over the forefoot, with small nodes extending at points onto the midsole. Each one of these contains a dark silver screw that holds it in place. These screws can be seen on the other plates as well, with two further TPU sections in the back half of the shoe. One is a single piece which encompasses both the swooshes and the heel panel, while the other wraps around the quarter. Each of these has elliptical holes of different forms which create a compelling aesthetic, though the heel panel is completely filled in, with Nike Air branding debossed into it.

Set within these remarkable TPU constructions is a collection of 228 retro-reflective crystals that bring a luxurious, chic look to the sneaker. This incredibly distinctive model can also be personalized using the AF1 branded screwdriver that is supplied with it. This allows the wearer to add or remove the TPU shells as they please, adjusting the design to their personal taste and making its avant garde appearance even more unique. Finally, to offset the black monochrome of the shoe, bold white branding shines out from the soft insole within to finish off the look of this extraordinary collaboration.
